About the Role: Manager HR

Job Description:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes, maintaining staff engagement, organizing events, managing communication, handling performance reviews, and ensuring the well-being of all staff members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Lead the recruitment process by collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
  • Manage job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.


Onboarding and Off boarding Process:

  • Manage the onboarding program to welcome new employees, and ensure new employees are properly integrated into the organizational culture and Manage the off boarding process, and handle the necessary administrative tasks.


Staff Engagement and Events:

  • Plan and executes staff internal and off-site events that help build staff morale, increase productivity, contributes to culture-building, and makes staff feel special and conduct regular surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and suggest improvements also manage budgets and logistics to ensure successful events.


Staff Communication:

  • Manage internal communication, ensuring all staff are informed of relevant updates, policies, and notices. - Manages internal Staff communication platform.


HR Management & Database:

  • Daily Queries: - Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries from staff to manages staff and management inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs, issues and resolutions and regularly update the staff database, ensuring accuracy in employee records.


Policy and Code of Conduct Management:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and organizational standards. - Ensure all employees are aware of and understand the policies in place. - Enforce the companys code of conduct and rules, ensuring all employees adhere to ethical and professional standards.


Benefits Management:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. - Administer the staff health insurance program, ensuring all employees are enrolled and informed about their benefits. - Handle claims, renewals, and any issues related to the health insurance policy.


Staff Trainings:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs. - Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and ensure continuous staff development.


Other Details:

Qualification: BBA or related HR Degree

Experience: 3-4 years experience

Timings: Monday to Thursday - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, and Fridays, till 6 pm

Location: Karachi

Salary: 80k-100k
