- Assisting in job postings and sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to fulfil recruitment needs.
- Onboarding & Orientation:
- Supporting onboarding activities for new hires.
- Assisting in employee documentation and maintaining personnel files.
- Employee Engagement:
- Helping organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Collecting feedback to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- HR Operations:
- Managing and updating HR databases and tools.
- Assisting in attendance and leave management.
- A fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Display a passion for learning and applying HR best practices in a dynamic environment.
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration within the HR team and across the organization.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, reflecting a commitment to trust and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn HR software and tools for tasks such as applicant tracking, recruitment software, and performance management.
