What You'll Do:

As an HR Officer at Promogen, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that our business attracts and retains the best talent. Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top-tier candidates to onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, managing conflict resolution with a strategic and thoughtful approach.
  • HR Strategy & Development: Work closely with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with company goals and drive business results.
  • Policy Management: Update and maintain company policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and fostering a positive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR roles
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle
  • Familiarity with HRM software and recruitment tools is a plus
