About the role

This position is a part of the APAC HR Operations team, reporting to the HR Operations Manager - APAC. The role involves delivering an excellent employee experience through effective management of HR Operations including:

  • HR systems (Success Factors and Decibel)
  • Preparing supporting data for monthly employee payroll
  • Attendance and Leave
  • Providing operational support for Health and Life insurance
  • All aspects of the employee lifecycle from on-boarding to exit
  • Support the move to globally consistent, automated processes being a part of a larger project team.

Additionally, the position also provides a dynamic opportunity to work alongside the wider APAC HR Operations team for multiple strategic projects.

About you

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A strong school education and relevant degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience within a matrix organization; familiarity with Success Factors HR system is desirable.
  • Full competence with MS Office including enhanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work with total confidentiality and handle data accurately.
