Job Opportunity: HR Representative (Female) – Evening Shift (On-Site)

Experts Communication is seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Representative to join our team on a part-time basis during the evening shift.

Key Details:

• Position: HR Representative (Female)
• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Part-time)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months
• Location Preference: Nearby candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation arrangements (Note: Transportation will not be provided).

Interview Schedule:

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Timings: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Walk-in interviews)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain HR documentation using MS Word and Excel.
• Handle HR-related inquiries and communicate effectively in English.
• Support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related activities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working evening shifts.
• Reliable transportation arrangements for commuting.
