Overview
Provide leadership and set strategic direction for IB and Foods Commercial teams while working together with Sr HRD MU and IB and Commercial leadership to design and implement HR strategy, processes and systems that translate into tangible business benefits and advantaged capabilities - within the ecosystem. Bring innovation and lead employee engagement, IFG and Winning with Purpose agenda through effective & strategic business partnering. Recognize opportunities of new or improved HR best people practices for the business. Part of role is also to share / establish best practices in the area of Human resources to build a strong organizational culture and team.

Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnering - Commercial (Foods) - Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the Commercial (Sales & Marketing) function, co-owning and executing the people agenda aligned with business strategy.
- On Ground Support - IB - Serve as the on-ground HR interface for the IB (Beverages) business under a landlord model, providing high-touch support, facilitating core process execution, and ensuring seamless employee experience in coordination with the remote, tenant HRBP who owns IB's strategic HR agenda.
- Talent Management & Capability Building - Lead end-to-end talent processes for Commercial and support IB processes on-ground. This includes workforce planning, hiring coordination, contract lifecycle management, and internal movements. Consolidate development needs from PPPs/PDRs and enable delivery of targeted interventions.
- Organizational Design & Leadership Development - Support structural reviews for Commercial and input into IB reviews, recommending changes that enable growth and efficiency. Identify and coach HIPOs in Commercial, aligning leadership development to PepsiCo’s global capability model.
- Employee Engagement & Communication - Build and execute the Commercial engagement strategy while supporting IB engagement activities on-ground (e.g., activation support, feedback forums). Champion open, two-way communication and foster a culture of recognition, inclusion, and care across field and head office populations.
- Onboarding, Confirmation & Exit Processes - Own onboarding and confirmation for Commercial new hires, ensuring timely MYHR updates, compliance, and employee readiness. Support IB’s onboarding/offboarding touchpoints in partnership with the remote HRBP and ensure closure of exits with analytics and insights.
- Core HR Process Delivery - Deliver and coach teams on all core HR processes, including PMP, People Planning, OHS, 360, MPWI, Code of Conduct, Anti-bribery, and KC Testing. Ensure on-ground execution across both Commercial and IB locations, with special focus on field and remote workforces.
- Learning & Development Enablement - Drive Commercial capability strategy and support IB training coordination on-ground. Organize workshops, coaching sessions, and learning forums (e.g., lunch & learns, soft skills, frontline enablement) to uplift people manager and frontline capability.
- Compliance & Governance - Ensure 100% adherence to internal controls across Commercial and support compliance execution for IB. Maintain updated documentation (org charts, employee files, MYHR records) and coordinate on local audit readiness and governance standards.
- Inclusion for Growth - Co-lead IFG efforts in Commercial and act as an on-ground enabler for IB's inclusion agenda, ensuring equity in engagement, development, and representation initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement & Recognition - Identify and implement HR process improvements and recognition enhancements across Commercial. Support IB in execution of on-ground recognition and experience initiatives in collaboration with the tenant HRBP.
