We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HubSpot Administrator / Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing and scaling our new HubSpot instance, including both Marketing Hub and Sales Hub components, to drive alignment and efficiency across marketing, sales, and customer success. With a strong focus on team alignment, reporting and optimizing ABM campaign performance, this role provides a unique opportunity to own the Marketing Operations function in a rapidly scaling B2B professional services environment.
HubSpot Administration & Optimization:
- Manage and maintain HubSpot’s Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, ensuring seamless set-up, functionality and alignment across all departments.
- Customize and optimize the HubSpot environment to support lead generation, nurturing, and sales enablement efforts.
- Lead integrations between HubSpot and other systems, ensuring data integrity and a cohesive tech stack.
Marketing Operations & Campaign Support:
- Partner with the marketing team to design and execute data-driven campaigns, using automation and workflows to enhance ABM lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, add-ons, and integrations that could improve campaign performance, recommending and implementing tools as appropriate.
- Develop and refine reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide clear insights into key performance metrics.
Training & Enablement:
- Create and deliver training sessions for marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistent and effective use of HubSpot.
- Develop and update documentation, training resources, and best practices for platform usage, data entry, and campaign tracking.
- Serve as the go-to HubSpot expert, troubleshooting and supporting internal users to maximize platform adoption and impact.
Data Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Track and analyze marketing and sales metrics, identifying opportunities to improve funnel conversion, customer engagement, and overall campaign ROI.
- Regularly report on key metrics, campaign performance, and data integrity, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on HubSpot’s impact on the sales pipeline and customer lifecycle, supporting strategic decisions.
Scaling Marketing Operations in a High-Growth Environment:
- Take ownership of the marketing operations function, establishing scalable processes that align with the company’s growth trajectory.
- Develop and iterate on marketing operations processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and support hyper-growth phases.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and HubSpot updates to continuously improve and expand the function.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or HubSpot administration, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven success in implementing and optimizing HubSpot, particularly Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, to drive marketing and sales objectives.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub) and data analytics, with experience in CRM management, lead scoring, and automation workflows.
Familiarity with data visualization tools, reporting tools, and technologies that integrate with HubSpot.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and guide teams on complex systems and best practices.
Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with a strategic approach to scaling operations.
