About the role: The HubSpot Coordinator and Website Designer will manage Orthant’s digital marketing infrastructure and create visually compelling, user-friendly website designs for its software brands, including CEI, Finglow, Paulin Research Group, ConiferSoft, and Rezatec. This role combines creative design expertise with technical knowledge to optimize marketing workflows, improve lead engagement, and ensure websites align with brand standards and marketing goals. The ideal candidate can deliver high-quality content using HubSpot to drive lead generation and lead nurturing results
Key Responsibilities

• Optimize HubSpot’s CRM, marketing automation, and lead-nurturing workflows.
• Design visually engaging, brand-aligned websites and landing pages to enhance user experience and meet marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create responsive and functional web designs.
• Conduct website updates and ensure compliance with SEO, performance, and accessibility standards.
• Analyze HubSpot and website data to assess campaign performance and suggest design or workflow improvements.
• Stay current with trends in web design, HubSpot tools, and digital marketing technologies.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in web design tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM, workflows, and email marketing tools.
• Strong knowledge of web design best practices, including responsive design and SEO.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
