We are seeking an organized and proactive HubSpot CRM Administrator to support our marketing and sales operations. This role involves managing our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing workflows to align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong CRM experience, technical knowledge, and an analytical mindset to manage integrations, track metrics, and support team functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Management: Oversee and manage the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and cleanliness.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate detailed CRM reports and dashboards to provide insight into customer engagement, sales performance, and campaign success.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaign workflows, ensure lead follow-up, and optimize nurturing sequences.
- Workflow & Automation Management: Design and implement CRM workflows, automation sequences, and marketing funnels to enhance lead capture and customer journeys.
- Training & Support: Provide user training and ongoing support for internal teams to maximize HubSpot's utilization across departments.
- Integration Management: Coordinate CRM integrations with other software platforms to support seamless data flow across business systems.
- HubSpot Expertise: Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM, with knowledge of best practices for data integrity, automation, and reporting.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with API integrations, CRM reporting, and data analysis tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and maintain a high level of accuracy and data quality within the CRM system.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for training team members, addressing queries, and collaborating across departments.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address CRM-related challenges.
- Sales & Marketing Experience: Prior experience supporting marketing and sales teams with CRM tools.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or a programming language to manage integrations if needed.
- HubSpot Certification: Any certifications in HubSpot CRM are highly advantageous.
