Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled HubSpot Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end HubSpot marketing dashboard operations. This role requires a full-stack HubSpot expert who can create, manage, and optimize workflows, ensure seamless data integrations, and deliver actionable marketing analytics to support growth initiatives.

This role requires a full-stack HubSpot expert who can create, manage, and optimize workflows, ensure seamless data integrations, and deliver actionable marketing analytics to support growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot marketing dashboards, including reporting and analytics.
- Create, update, and maintain automated workflows to support lead nurturing and campaign tracking.
- Ensure smooth data integration between HubSpot and other platforms/tools (e.g., CRMs, data lakes, CMS).
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on campaign goals and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data hygiene and CRM accuracy.
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Train internal stakeholders on HubSpot best practices and usage.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
- Proven expertise in HubSpot workflows, custom properties, and dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle stages, and campaign management.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs for syncing HubSpot with other systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- HubSpot certifications are a plus.
