TalentPop App is looking for a skilled Automations and Operations Specialist to join our growing remote team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Audit, map, and improve internal workflows across Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Build powerful automations using HubSpot Workflows, Zapier, and related tools.
• Collaborate with department heads to document processes and develop clear SOPs.
• Troubleshoot and refine automation logic to reduce inefficiencies and eliminate redundancies.
• Provide ongoing support to the Operations team by maintaining reliable backend systems.
• Ensure all automations and SOPs are clearly documented and easy to maintain.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in automation tools, especially HubSpot and Zapier.
• Experience with lead generation, data mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn new tools and techniques.
• Bonus: Experience integrating CRMs, marketing platforms, or scheduling tools via APIs/Zapier.
