Job Title: HR & Talent Coordinator (On-Site)
Location: Karachi – PECHS Area
Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM PKT
Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a resourceful and driven HR & Talent Coordinator to help us grow and manage our team effectively. You'll play a key role in hiring, onboarding, coordinating remote/onsite contributors, and ensuring smooth communication across the team. This is a dynamic and collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys both people operations and task management.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Recruitment
– Post job openings across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Upwork, etc.)
– Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate professionally
– Build and maintain a strong network of freelancers and full-time talent (local and international)
Freelancer & Influencer Team Coordination
– Recruit and onboard freelancers for influencer outreach roles
– Help manage remote teams and ensure smooth collaboration with team leads or managers
– Act as a key link between Rising Digitally internal team and external collaborators (freelancers, influencers)
Onboarding & Communication
– Onboard new hires with required tools, training access, and documents
– Maintain communication flow between teams and support internal scheduling
– Help create smoother systems for onboarding and internal process handling
Operational & Admin Support
– Maintain sheets, hiring databases, and campaign progress trackers
– Assist with reporting, planning, and ensuring accountability across teams
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication skills — both in writing (chat/email) and calls
Can explain tasks and processes clearly to team members and new recruits
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Can take ownership of work and ensure deadlines are met
Prior HR or recruitment experience preferred
Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Slack/WhatsApp, and social platforms
Experience or interest in influencer marketing or digital marketing is a plus
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1) Number of quality hires made monthly
2) Speed and effectiveness of onboarding
3) Communication smoothness across team
4) Freelancer retention and performance tracking
5) Weekly updates and reporting consistency
