Human Resources Executive

Location: Onsite—Fsd

Working Hours: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful HR Executive to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing both technical and non-technical hiring while also playing a key role in strengthening our internal HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle hiring for technical & non-technical roles
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and Rozee & keep the recruitment pipeline managed.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Screen, shortlist & schedule interviews with department heads
• Handle onboarding, orientation & smooth exits (handover, exit interview, feedback)
• Manage benefits, employee files, contracts, and internal HR documentation
• Support policy compliance, engagement, and retention efforts

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
