Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing the company’s human resources operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and shortlisting to interviews and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Conduct reference checks and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in an HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is a plus.
