Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.

• Facilitate employee onboarding and induction processes.

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.

• Assist in payroll coordination by providing timely and accurate HR data.

• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.

• Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes as per company policy.

• Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Education & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Master’s degree or certifications in L&D, or HR will be an added advantage.

Years of Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource.

Proven experience in designing training programs and driving culture or inclusion initiatives.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Data-driven approach with strong reporting and analytical skills

Ability to influence leadership and drive cultural change.
