Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our nd office at Faisal Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have at least years of HR management experience and will be responsible for overseeing HR functions such as recruitment process, team management, and leave management.

Job Timing

Duties and responsibilities includes:

• Manage the recruitment process for new hires, including job postings, interviewing, candidate screening, and onboarding procedures.
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Attendance record.
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with regulations.
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems and processes.
• Conduct performance and salary reviews.
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
• Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  
  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced HR certifications are a plus.
