Job Description
This position supports the Welfare and Self-Reliance Services Department to foster self-reliance, care for the poor and the needy, and provide opportunities for giving and service by helping members become economically and emotionally self-reliant; and providing humanitarian aid to relieve suffering; thus, furthering the mission of the Church. This position reports to the Regional Humanitarian Manager.
Responsibilities

From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings— giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances—our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world. They are literally working in His kingdom.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Regional Humanitarian Manager to coordinate humanitarian efforts within Pakistan
- Plan and execute humanitarian projects in alignment with Area priorities
- Coordinate with departments to ensure humanitarian projects are on-track and completed timely per the project plan
- Provide training and support to senior missionaries and volunteers
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government officials, and NGOs
- Develop and manage project budgets in accordance with the relevant compliance principles and organization policies and standards.
- Compile internal reports, prepare payment requisitions, and provide other related financial support
- Assist to manage project proposals and project oversight including keeping within budget
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years’ in project management or relevant experience
- Proven work ethics, honesty and integrity in all dealings
- Good customer service and follow up skills
- Must have strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and internet software)
- Good verbal and written English and Urdu communication skills
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines
