Job Description

• MFA Application Integration using self-service portal. GE has as a self-service portal for enabling MFA for various applications using SAML/OIDC protocols.

• Support, Schedule and Participate in testing post MFA enablement for application.
• Co-ordinating with application teams for requirement gathering related to MFA.
• Preparing SOP and documentation
• Troubleshooting issues related to MFA tokens for end users.
• Troubleshooting issues related to Application MFA enablement for applications.
• Resource partners with MFA & SSO lead to be given prioritization list (ie Sox first, L1 then L2 etc)
• SSO analysis pre work - determine if actually SSO enabled or not via SNOW or email/ping app owners
• Escalate & partner with SSO CoreTech team for technical issues
• Standard End user communication of MFA go live date
• Document & share Entity ID/URL/Protocol, any unique items for testing of application with MFA support team
• Support testing for MFA adoption.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
