IBM I Support Analyst

Location:

Office 3A, 3rd Floor, Orbit,
Plot Number 30/C, Survey Number 83/1, Raidurg
Hyderabad – 500019, Telangana, India

Responsibilities:

• Strong Hands-on experience in IBM AS400 iSeries platform and RPG/RPGLE programming.
• Experience on one of the IBM I Supply chain management/ERP applications is a must(Preferably KBM product).
• Strong experience in handling the 24/7 IBM I technical support activities in shifts
• Strong Experience in doing the technical triage by debugging RPG/CL programs quickly to identify the root cause and fix the problem within the defined SLAs
• Decent technical knowledge in free-format RPG, SQLRPGLE
• Ability to handle Client requirement, creating design document and walk them with client.
• Technical proficiency in relevant languages and development tools required and knowledge on distributed processing is mandatory
• Ability to create Sub-procedures, Subroutines and Service Programs.

Experience & Qualifications

• 04 – 07 Years of experience
• BE/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA
