Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and provide detailed information on immigration programs and services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, converting potential clients into confirmed sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent post-sale support.
- Stay updated on immigration laws and procedures to provide accurate advice and service to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain an organized database of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular seminars or informational sessions to educate clients about available services and options.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the immigration sector.
- Strong understanding of immigration processes and programs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Ability to understand and empathize with clients' needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

- Full-time position with regular office hours
- Must be willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
- Flexibility to work in varying shifts or overtime when needed.
