Implementation Analyst – ERP Product Module

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Analyst – ERP Product Module to oversee and deliver ERP implementations focused on product configuration and product master data. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge in product management modules across ERP platforms (e.g., SAP MM/MDG, Oracle Product Hub, Dynamics 365 PIM, Odoo Product, Infor, etc.).


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end implementation of the Product module (product master data, attributes/variants, pricing, catalog setup, product lifecycle, inventory linkage), including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  2. Communicate implementation progress, risks, and documentation to clients, stakeholders, and senior management
  3. Translate product, sales, and inventory requirements into scalable ERP product configurations and drive user adoption
  4. Conduct user training, create documentation, and ensure smooth change management and process improvement
  5. Identify implementation gaps and dependencies across product, inventory, sales, procurement, and finance, and drive proactive issue resolution


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  2. Strong understanding of product master data, variants/attributes, pricing rules, product lifecycle management (PLM), and catalog structure
  3. 3+ years of experience managing ERP or large-scale software implementation project
  4. Strong understanding of ERP module integration, especially across product, sales, inventory, procurement, and financ
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skill
  6. ERP-related certifications (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc.) are a plus
