About the role: Import/Export Executive
Job Description:
The Import/Export Executive will manage all aspects of import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and smooth movement of goods across borders. This role involves liaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to facilitate timely shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Location: Karachi (H.O)
Work Mode: Onsite/ Remote/ Hybrid (Depends on the work)
Work Timings and Days: 6 days a week (9:30 AM -6:00 PM) (based on the work assignment)
Experience required:3 years minimum
Benefits: Medical/Health Insurance/Life Insurance/ Annual Bonus/Annual Increment (As per Companys policy)

About the role: Import/Export Executive
Job Description:
The Import/Export Executive will manage all aspects of import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and smooth movement of goods across borders. This role involves liaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to facilitate timely shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee import/export documentation and processes, including customs clearance.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers to facilitate the movement of goods.
- Monitor shipment schedules and handle any issues that arise during transit.
- Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and tariffs that may impact business.
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and documentation.
- Experience in logistics or international trade.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Minimum Education is Graduation.
