Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing Strategy:
- Strategic Planning: Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of our clients.
- Influencer Selection: Identify and engage with a diverse range of influencers, including celebrities, macro, micro, and nano influencers, to maximize campaign impact.
- Campaign Development: Create result-oriented influencer marketing plans that align with client objectives and leverage the right digital platforms. Demonstrate a deep understanding of key KPIs like reach, engagement, and impressions, ensuring a mix of influencers that maximizes value and campaign delivery.
- Client Relations: Engage with senior leaders at client organizations to understand their needs and impress them with your industry knowledge and expertise.
- Pitch Presentations: Develop compelling influencer marketing pitches that showcase your understanding of the fast-evolving influencer marketing landscape.
- Influencer Network: Leverage your strong connections within the influencer ecosystem to collaborate with the most suitable influencers.
- Negotiation Skills and Costing: Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with influencers while delivering value to clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for cost analysis and compiling client cost sheets, ensuring maximum value for clients and profitability for the business.
- Client Satisfaction: Oversee influencer campaigns, ensuring high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
- Influencer Relationships: Manage relationships with influencers, inspiring them to deliver outstanding content and results.
- Content Development: Write influencer briefs, captions, and content plans to guide influencers effectively.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with both clients and influencers effectively.
- Global Trends: Stay updated on global influencer marketing trends and industry best practices on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Team Inspiration: Inspire and guide your team to create innovative influencer marketing campaigns.
- Influencer Marketing Tools: Have a strong understanding of various influencer marketing tools and AI's role in transforming the industry. Lead the adoption of these technologies to enhance client services.
- Reporting: Compile data and create compelling Excel and PPT/PDF reports at the end of campaigns, covering all KPIs and showcasing results achieved.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a deep understanding of the industry.
- Excellent strategic thinking and creative abilities.
- Strong network and connections with influencers across different categories.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with influencers.
