Job Summary

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery performance for responsible services.
  • Ensure internal customer is serviced to their satisfaction & always improve the relationship with the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Risk identification, assessment, and analysis in regards of Codes Parameter setup & Access Management of responsible applications.
  • Ensure active participation for UAT and UVT in regards of Parameter/Code Setup Changes & maintenance.
  • Manage eBBS Regression & C400 Compliance Releases UAT & UVT.
  • For UAT planning, managing, and testing requirements on test systems for Projects, RMS’s, problems, fixes and testing in UAT environment.
  • Ensure test scripts related to UAT are correlated with overall objective of testing and obtain concurrence for testers/ unit manager/unit head as well.
  • On-boarding of Locally managed applications to group IAM team.
  • Maintain SLA of requests related to Access Management & Parameter setups.
  • Ensure maximum throughput on incidents logged for IAM, Codes Parameter Setup related issues.
  • Ensure test cycle is agreed amongst project teams, business and support teams, where required. Compile and circulate testing results to all the relevant stakeholders in Business & Operations.
  • Ensure issues/defects raised during the testing, are closed/rectified prior to release in production.
  • Sanity check of UAT PCs on weekly basis.
  • Ensure Codes Parameter setups & Access Management of responsible applications are according to Business and Regulatory requirement.
  • To understand Business/ Operations requirement and implement the Parameter setup changes in UAT and Production as well.
  • To undertake projects in regard of implementation of security standards of Parameter/Code Setup modules.
  • Ensure deployment of recommended controls to mitigate the unauthorized Parameter setup risk.
  • Ensure all security measures and standards of authorized user access to credential applications w.r.t UAT.
  • Vendor access to be provided in UAT premises as per approved process.
