INIOX: Lead Sharepoint Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Lead SharePoint Developer to take full ownership of SharePoint development projects. The ideal candidate will have 810 years of experience in designing, developing, and managing SharePoint-based solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring best practices in SharePoint implementation. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire SharePoint development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based applications, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019.
• Architect and implement custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint REST API.
• Develop and optimise SharePoint Designer workflows for process automation.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practice guidance to the development team.
• Conduct SharePoint migration and upgrade projects, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
• Ensure SharePoint solutions are optimised for performance, scalability, and security.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage SharePoint governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
• Stay up to date with the latest SharePoint technologies, trends, and best practices.
  
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019.
• Extensive expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for building custom web parts and extensions.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint REST API for data retrieval and integration.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, and SharePoint Designer workflows.
• Experience with SharePoint migration, upgrades, and performance optimisation.
• Proficiency in client-side technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint governance, security best practices, and compliance standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team, fostering innovation and best practices.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, and related integration.
• Familiarity with third-party SharePoint tools and plugins.
