Key Qualifications
- Professional Engineer
- API 510 / API 570 / API 653 / 580 Certified
- Knowledge or Certification of API 571 and Corrosion Damage Mechanisms
- Knowledge or Certification of Welding inspections and Coating inspections.
- 15 years’ related experience (i.e., in-service inspection)
- At least 05 years’ experience as Inspection Manager role (In-service inspections)
- At least 05 years with inspection of Pressure systems (Static Equipment & Piping), Tanks, Pipelines & Structures in Oil & Gas industry.
- Manages policy, procedural and legislative aspects of plant inspection across all COMPANY locations.
- Responsible for his and his team safety. Ensure compliance to UEPL HSE & CSMS systems.
- Develop and Implementation of inspection plans and TAR strategy.
- Plan and ensures execution of inspections. Updates inspection programs accordingly.
- Management of NDT and TAR CONTRACTOR services.
- Provides advice on inspection techniques.
- Maintains inspection results.
- Reviews all inspection findings, assess & reports anomalies.
- Prepares integrity statements, review, and update procedures periodically.
- Conduct biannual audit with CONTRACTOR senior management to assess work practices, HSE compliance, training need and contractual compliance at field locations. Suggest improvement based on audit findings.
- Ensure compliance to UEPL procedure, HSE practices & Annual objectives.
