What You Will Be Doing

Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities

Drive measurable improvements in student science learning outcomes through AI-driven analysis and implementation, as demonstrated by a 2x acceleration in concept mastery across various scientific domains (biology, chemistry, physics, etc.) and grade levels.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field (Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent)
• 3+ years of experience teaching science or developing science curriculum with quantifiable impact on learning outcomes
• Functional coding abilities in at least one programming language
• Demonstrated experience with AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Proven capability to analyze complex educational data and extract actionable insights
• Superior communication skills, particularly in translating complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
