What You Will Be Doing

Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities

Lead efforts to significantly improve student science learning outcomes through AI-enabled analysis and strategy, achieving a twofold increase in concept mastery across biology, chemistry, physics, and more.

Basic Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline (such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, etc.)
• Over 3 years of experience in teaching science or developing science curricula, with proven results in enhancing learning outcomes
• Basic programming skills in any language
• Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for content creation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying intricate scientific ideas to a wide range of stakeholders professionally

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
