Interior Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces, and a strong understanding of interior design principles.

Responsibilities:

Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their design needs, preferences, and budget.

Space Planning: Develop floor plans and layouts to optimize space utilization and functionality.

Concept Development: Create design concepts, including color palettes, material selections, and furniture arrangements.

Design Documentation: Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and material lists.

Project Management: Oversee the project from inception to completion, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and artisans.

Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

Budgeting: Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Procurement: Source and procure furniture, lighting, and other interior elements.

Installation Oversight: Oversee the installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Proven experience in interior design, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.

Strong knowledge of design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

A portfolio showcasing your design work.
