Intermediate Designer (Tech Packs & Vector Design)

Custimoo ApS is seeking an Intermediate Designer to join our on-site team at our newly established, state-of-the-art factory facility in Pakistan. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and producing bespoke team jerseys, collaborating with both local and international teams to deliver high-quality sportswear that reflects our clients' unique identities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed tech packs for production, ensuring clarity and precision to meet production and client requirements.
• Create and refine vector-based designs using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Collaborate closely with international design teams and clients to conceptualize and deliver jersey designs.
• Ensure high-quality design output and consistency across multiple projects.
• Implement feedback from clients and production teams to make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in sportswear design.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in creating tech packs for garment production.
• Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of vector-based workflows and design principles.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with international teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a strong creative vision.
