Job Summary: We are looking for a sharp and reliable Investment & Marketing Support Associate to support our client in executing investment processes, managing proposals, and developing marketing materials. This role is ideal for someone with excellent business writing, presentation building, and project coordination experience in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sector research and draft high-impact proposal storyboards
• Create and refine pitch decks and investor teasers using branded slide templates
• Draft and edit Information Memoranda (IMs), incorporating market insights and clear messaging
• Coordinate with designers to produce polished, professional deliverables
• Set up and manage virtual data rooms for due diligence
• Track incoming diligence requests and ensure timely delivery of documents
• Prepare concise agendas, call summaries, and follow-up action items for investor communication
• Maintain deal trackers (Excel/Smartsheet), organize files, and assist with scheduling and logistics
• Support travel planning, calendar coordination, and general research tasks

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in investment support, consulting, or business development
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for business communication
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel/Smartsheet, and virtual data room platforms
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive mindset
• Experience in financial services or investment marketing is a strong plus
