Job Description
- Responsible for installing & performing minor repairs on computer hardware and peripherals
- Responsible for sending problematic hardware or defective products to vendor
- Responsible for testing of computers and ensuring that computers and software installation for in order
- Responsible for maintaining, identifying and solving any problem that effect computer system
- Responsible for maintenance and upgrading of computer system / other IT equipment and offering recommendations for upgrades.
- Responsible for troubleshooting problems and maintenance of computers
- Ensure that problems are timely addressed as per priority level and appropriate measures are taken
