Job Purpose
Emirates Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that incident and operational management processes are not only understood but consistently followed and continuously improved. You’ll work closely with Emirates Group IT teams based in Dubai to ensure minimal disruption to business operations and uphold service excellence. You will also play a key role in ensuring compliance with departmental policies, maintaining operational discipline, and delivering a consistently high level of service to internal customers.
This role involves performing trend analysis on recurring incidents, identifying improvement opportunities, and working closely with IT teams in Dubai to drive process and product enhancements. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services to Emirates Group customers across the region, in alignment with our global standards and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
The candidate will champion Problem and Change Management practices, conduct end-user satisfaction surveys, and implement action plans to address service gaps. In addition, they will be responsible for regularly reviewing and improving support procedures, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring full lifecycle management of IT assets in accordance with corporate policies. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep commitment to service excellence are essential for success in this role.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, candidates should hold a Degree or Honours qualification (12+3 or equivalent) and have a minimum of 5 years of specialist technical experience within an IT operations-focused environment. A strong background in airline systems, operations, and technology infrastructure is essential, particularly within environments of similar scale and complexity. The ideal candidate will also possess relevant industry-standard certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, or MCSE, demonstrating both technical expertise and a structured approach to IT service delivery.
