The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organizations technology infrastructure and ensuring it aligns with the companys strategic goals. This role involves managing IT projects, ensuring systems security, leading IT teams, overseeing the implementation of new technologies, and managing the departments budget. The IT Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting business growth through effective technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute IT strategies to support organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Operational Leadership: Direct IT operations, ensuring optimal functionality, availability, and security of systems, data, and communications.
Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and manage operational risks, ensuring adherence to policies.
IT Strategy & Governance: Proven ability to develop and align information system strategies with business strategies, ensuring reliability, confidentiality, security, and integrity of systems.
Project Execution: Have experience managing complex IT projects, resources, timelines, and budgets while keeping key stakeholders informed.
Team Management: Lead team, evaluate performance, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
SAP ERP & Application Development: Over 12+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including multiple implementations/upgrades. Proficient in SAP project management and integrating critical business processes.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness & evaluate and recommend new technologies, solutions, and tools to improve IT operations and services.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT departments budget, ensuring optimal use of financial resources. Track IT expenditures, analyze variances, and report on budget performance to senior management.

Qualification:
- Having 15+ years of proven experience as an IT Manager in a senior IT leadership role with a strong understanding of IT systems, networks, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (masters preferred).
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with PMP certification required.
- Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- SAP Certification is a plus.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proactive and result-driven approach to system management and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
