About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of technology initiatives. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects end-to-end, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, including infrastructure, software, and system upgrades
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, QA, and support
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and changes
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, executives, and team members
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
• Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and post-implementation reviews
• Manage vendors and third-party service providers as needed
• Support the development and improvement of internal project management processes
• Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of completed solutions for long-term support
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Masters or PMP/Prince2 preferred)
• Minimum 35 years of experience in IT project management or related roles
• Proven experience managing software development, IT infrastructure, and/or systems integration projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello)
• Basic technical knowledge of networking, cloud computing (Azure/AWS), databases, and system architecture
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, or ITIL are highly desirable
