- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, including connectivity problems, software errors, and hardware malfunctions.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems, printers, and network devices.
- Log and track support requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with system updates, backups, and basic network monitoring tasks.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office applications and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.
