We are seeking a skilled and experienced JM Ammonia refrigeration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ammonia refrigeration systems and. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facility's mechanical, operational systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Maintain Equipment: Oversee the operation of ammonia refrigeration systems and other mechanical , HVAC and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve issues with refrigeration, HVAC, and other facility systems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all equipment to ensure reliability and longevity.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and protocols, particularly those related to ammonia handling , maintenance, and storage.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of technicians and mechanics during the assigned shift.
- Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact for any emergency situations related to facility systems and coordinate appropriate responses.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of chemical, mechanical, HVAC systems, with a focus on ammonia refrigeration.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Safety Awareness: In-depth understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to ammonia refrigeration.
