To become more effective in responding the dynamic needs of consumers, there is a need of fast-tracking developments along with expanding digital database for Products & Packaging, which needs capable resource on performing system-based activities combine with some specific tasks on driving overall business efficiency.
Product data needs understanding of Chemicals & Packaging used in the product, competition analysis and associated claims working.

Product data needs understanding of Chemicals & Packaging used in the product, competition analysis and associated claims working.
- Knowledge including education, qualifications and training
- Bachelors in chemical / Polymer/ Industrial & Manufacturing / Applied Chemistry + Business Administration will be an added advantage.
- Core understanding of Product / Packaging Development, Technical Systems, Common business tools and databases, Microsoft Office, SAP / PLM, Power BI etc.
- Working knowledge of Performance characteristics of flexible plastics, rigid plastics, carton board / corrugated
- Planning, managing and reviewing factory trials
- Skills/ Job Knowledge/ Competencies
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills especially delivering towards challenging timelines.
- Team player, trouble shooting and analytical approach.
- Network and project management.
- Leadership capability and ownership mentality with strong result orientation and business acumen.
- Experience
- At least 1-2 years experience in local or MNC FMCG Business.
- Has been exposed to best practice in development and has been exposed or awareness of packaging mediums
- Experience of working on Digital tools will be an added advantage.
- Job Purpose:
- Responsible for the delivery of assigned system-based tasks for new packaging & product developments.
- Supporting in Main plant, transit trials & coordination with suppliers as and when needed.
- Technical specifications and BOM creation for new developments in SAP PLM.
- Supporting in performing competitive benchmarking along with KBS & CTI teams.
- To interface with other functions in support of project delivery (e.g. marketing, supply chain, and supply management, etc)
- Manage and deliver sustainability projects in line with business agenda
