The Junior Admin Officer supports the organization's daily operations by providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on daily operations to various departments.
  • Maintain records and data for the Admin store.
  • Checking electrical equipment like the main panel, UPS, batteries and generator.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, and purchase petty cash items as needed.
  • Supervise in general office tasks such as housekeeping and general maintenance.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support the team with special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Handle staff inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate responses on WhatsApp.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Atleast intermediate or above.
  • Prior 01 to 02 years experience in an administration department.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • May occasionally require overtime or flexible hours.
  • Rotational shift.
