Overview:
Ideal for individuals with basic knowledge or starting their international business development
career, this role focuses on implementation, daily bidding, and lead communication on
platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn. The Junior BD Executive is expected to follow directions
and support the team in executing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily bidding on relevant projects to acquire new clients.
2. Communicate with leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, email, and phone professionally.
3. Assist in preparing proposals and conduct follow-ups to convert leads.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
5. Use given scripts to start DM conversations on LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram.
6. Qualify leads and book calls using predefined processes.
7. Maintain accurate logs of activities, follow-ups, and outcomes.
8. Participate in client calls when required and take notes or follow instructions.
9. Report to mid-level or senior BDs for guidance and feedback.
Requirements:
1. 01 years of proven experience in BD or sales roles.
2. Excellent English communication (written & spoken) with a US-accented tone preferred.
3. Familiarity with LinkedIn and Upwork platforms.
4. Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior staff
5. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related IT field is preferred, as it helps in
understanding technical domains and effectively communicating with clients in the tech
industry.
