Junior Consultant SAP SF

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices to support our HR processes and drive employee engagement, performance, and development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior consultants in configuring SuccessFactors modules such as employee central, performance & goals, compensation and learning management System (LMS).
• Support the implementation of system enhancements and updates, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SuccessFactors.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting and issue resolution related to SuccessFactors applications.
• Assist in conducting system testing and validation to ensure system readiness and data integrity.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and workshops for end-users on SuccessFactors functionality.
• Stay informed about the latest updates and features in SuccessFactors and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or business
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Previous experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is a plus
• Certifications in SuccessFactors modules are desirable.
