Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Manager, Sales Operations to join our sales Operations team. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the sales department by implementing and improving sales processes, analysing data, and ensuring the efficient functioning of sales-related activities. The Junior Manager, Sales Operations will work closely with AM CD Excellence to optimize sales processes, drive productivity, and enhance the overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelors degree in business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI).

- Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to the management team.
- Sales Reporting: Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track sales performance and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
- Sales Tools and Systems: Manage and support sales tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with user training and adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Field sales teams, finance, and customer support, to align strategies and processes.
- Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain and update sales operation policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Project Management: Lead and support various Excellence projects to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
