We are seeking a Junior Manager Cold Chain to oversee and optimize the cold chain operations, ensuring efficient temperature-controlled logistics, storage, and distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product integrity, compliance with regulatory standards, and improving supply chain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product integrity, compliance with regulatory standards, and improving supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Chain Management: Monitor and manage the transportation, storage, and distribution of temperature-sensitive products.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP guidelines.
- Process Optimization: Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce wastage, and minimize temperature deviations.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with logistics partners, warehouses, and suppliers to maintain cold chain integrity.
- Technology & Monitoring: Utilize temperature tracking systems and data analytics to ensure real-time monitoring of cold chain operations.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable goods to prevent loss.
- Team Management: Train and guide warehouse and logistics personnel on cold chain best practices.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on temperature deviations, cost analysis, and process improvements.
- Education: Degree Mechatronics Engineering or Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in cold chain logistics, preferably in the FMCG, food, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of refrigeration systems, temperature monitoring devices, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and optimize logistics processes.
- Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
