Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Junior Odoo Functional Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business processes, conducting functional testing, supporting integration efforts, and customizing Odoo to meet client needs. The role also involves collaborating with clients to gather requirements, providing functional training, assisting in ERP implementation, and offering post-implementation support. The candidate will be expected to contribute to ensuring smooth deployment and operation of Odoo solutions for diverse industries.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Understanding of business processes and their practical application within ERP systems
- Experience with functional testing and ensuring system functionality aligns with client requirements
- Knowledge of integration practices and connecting Odoo with other applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse client needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience working with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus
