Responsibilities

• Assist in building and configuring CMDB, Discovery, and service maps
• Support data normalization and CI relationship modeling
• Write and maintain scripts and workflows under guidance
• Collaborate in agile team environments and participate in sprint tasks
• Contribute to platform documentation and QA efforts
  
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of development experience (ServiceNow exposure preferred)
• Understanding of CMDB, ITSM, or ITOM concepts
• Basic scripting experience (JavaScript or equivalent)
• Eagerness to work in agile, fast-paced delivery teams
• Strong communication and learning mindset
