- Support the design team in creating user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Assist in conducting user research and gathering insights to improve usability.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Help maintain and evolve the company’s design system and brand consistency.
- Iterate on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, user-friendly interfaces.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects welcome).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Exposure to design handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, Figma Inspect).
- Familiarity with usability testing or user analytics tools.
- Mentorship and skill development from senior designers.
