Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team to drive sales and manage customer relationships for Accelerec, our AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will focus on building strong partnerships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction to grow our footprint in the recruitment tech industry.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team to drive sales and manage customer relationships for Accelerec, our AI-powered Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will focus on building strong partnerships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction to grow our footprint in the recruitment tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Drive new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Market Research: Identify trends and customer requirements to enhance the value proposition of Accelerec.
- Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the key benefits and features of Accelerec.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with resellers and partners to expand the reach of Accelerec.
- Reporting: Track and report sales performance metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Experience:
- 35 years in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Proven experience working with SaaS solutions or technology products is mandatory.
- Background in recruitment tech or similar software solutions is a plus.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and present technical SaaS solutions in a compelling manner.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Technology Savvy: Familiarity with HR Technologies, ATS, CRM tools, and cloud-based solutions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to market needs.
