Key Account Manager - Food Services

Job Purpose

To lead the sales function for an assigned geographical zone by coordinating all sales activities, achieving zonal key account targets, and effectively managing the sales team to ensure regional growth and performance.

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key QSR and chain accounts, ensuring achievement of volume, value, and profitability targets.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and annual trade agreements.
• Drive SKU induction, New Product Development (NPD) onboarding, and menu integration in collaboration with customers.
• Act as the single point of contact between customer leadership and NFL, ensuring alignment on business objectives and execution priorities.
• Coordinate closely with Food Service teams to ensure smooth onboarding, order fulfillment, compliance, and contract execution.
• Track and analyze account-level KPIs including volume growth, value mix, customer retention, and overall account performance.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts through menu expansion, innovation, and long-term partnership initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

Background Requirements

Education: Graduate

Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience preferred.
