Role Summary
The purpose of the role is to ensure all Business & Brand strategies for the company’s highest value Key Accounts customers are achieved based on high-quality Customer Relations, and large order management deliverable through National Specialist responsibilities.
Reports to Trade Planning Manager
Accountabilities
- Maintain a strong understanding of End Market trade operations while working remotely, ensuring timely and complete order processing aligned with cut-off times for all customers.
- Provide regular updates to Account Managers on order statuses, including out-of-stock situations, and prepare weekly sales reports for key accounts.
- Supervise excise customer allocations, purchases, and expedite EDI orders, addressing any system or EDI issues promptly.
- Manage and optimize stock allocations, ensuring fair distribution and minimum stock levels, while closely supervising availability for all orders.
- Collaborate with 3PL logistics partners, such as DHL, to meet delivery requirements, proactively addressing any issues or opportunities with channel and national field teams.
- Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations, supporting process improvements and efficiency within the team.
- Build and strengthen customer and consumer relationships, leveraging rapport, conflict resolution, and communication to improve their experience.
- Take ownership of personal development, actively participating in team goals, completing Perform documents on time, and contributing to a high-performance team environment.

ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Trade Insights & Sales analysis in FMCG Industry
- Good at trade data interpretation and presentations.
- Extensive experience working collaboratively with a diverse range of collaborators, including senior team members, customers, and partners. Proven track record to develop positive relationships and achieve desired outcomes.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to spot trends and anomalies. (i.e. sales trends & forecast, etc.)
- Proficiency in English language. (Written & Spoken)
- Strong in customer relationship management and effective communication & presentation skill
- Experience in handling Trade marketing data
- Experience in Trade CRM & planning tool (Salesforce, Anaplan, etc) preferred
- Experience in SAP Tool
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and Power-point
- Ability to interpret, improve and optimise reporting to support analysis and insights
- A "bachelor’s degree" in a business or Marketing field
- MBA
- Multi-lingual
