Kitchen Supervisor Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to lead our fast-food kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure food quality, safety, and efficiency, while managing and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of food.

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with regulations.

Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff for efficient workflow.

Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and minimize waste.

Coordinate with the front-of-house team to meet customer expectations.

Enforce proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Handle food safety audits and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements:

Proven 5+ years experience in a fast-food kitchen or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred:

Bachelors Degree

Familiarity with inventory and cost control systems.
